The opportunity
We are looking for a driven AI / Backend Engineer to join our team. This role blends backend/API development, cloud infrastructure expertise, and hands-on integration of cutting-edge AI services. You’ll help shape how we integrate generative AI into real-world applications, delivering a value-creating AI first solution to end-users in short iterative feedback loops. You’ll be a key contributor to our state-of-the-art platform.
We believe you are excited to be working with the modern Gen AI ecosystem, including LLMs and other types of models, and to keep up with its rapid evolution. The team is utilizing Metrics Driven Development (MDD) and evaluation, the methodology behind creating production-strength Gen AI powered solutions, and LLM observability. You should feel confident evaluating complex technical challenges, proposing improvements, and helping shape solutions from a systems-level perspective.
