Parsly is a tech company with offices in Stockholm and Lisbon.

Our mission is to enable restaurateurs to focus on their passion: creating amazing food and experiences for their guests!
However, today the main differentiator between highly profitable restaurants and the not-so-profitable ones goes back to the procurement of food and beverages.

Parsly analyses procurement data and helps restauranteurs keep track of price fluctuations, purchase volumes, offer prices, and much more. This way, we help restaurants save both time & money and giving them the ability to work more sustainably with reduced food waste.

In other words, we take care of the time-consuming task of analysing purchases, while the restaurateurs follow their passion! :-)
