Autonomous Agent Engineer

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of automation? We're a cutting-edge Developer Experience & Acceleration startup seeking a talented Autonomous Agent Engineer to join our mission-driven, agile team.

We work with enterprise clients to help them streamline and automate all kinds of feedback loops through the use of Autonomous Agents built on top of LLM’s and the ecosystem around them.

What feedback loops? Here are som examples;

- Anything an office worker usually asks a human
- Anything an office worker has to press more than 1 button to accomplish

Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities and feedback loops for automation using Autonomous Agents
2. Scope, design, implement and maintain Autonomous Agents with LangChain and Python
3. Own agent reliability, instrumentation, Metrics & Key Performance Indicators
4. Assist in designing self-service workflows for autonomous agents
5. Establish a data-driven workflow for continuous agent improvement

Requirements:

1. Interested in Generative AI & LLM’s
2. Experience working in an agile team
3. Understanding of at least 1 CI/CD platform & 1 Cloud
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in ML or AI
5. Experience with unit testing and integration testing

Nice to Haves:

1. AWS experience
2. Basic understanding of Docker & Containers
3. Software architecture experience
4. Kubernetes experience
