Om rollen

We believe you are a communicative person who enjoys helping people understand technology.
You will be an important bridge between users and the development team, taking responsibility for issue management.
Fluent in speaking Swedish and English will be required for this position as you will be in frequent contact with users, developers and product management.
Some of your tasks will be to:
- Help users to get started and understand the service
- Respond to issues and follow up on resolution
- Help service partners in installing and registering IoT devices
- Being an active part in producing user manuals and FAQ
