Job Description

Our Direct to Consumer (D2C) IT solutions team is focused on a journey to deliver a best-in-class e-commerce solution by leveraging the channel as a new competitive edge for Electrolux.

The ideal candidate will be working to drive & deliver this. Using their passion for consumer-centrism to provide a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. Translating business requirements into IT solutions by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis of requirements across the areas of e-commerce, digital marketing and SAP sales & distribution to deliver on business stakeholder needs.


Key Responsibilities


The following tasks are involved (but not limited to):

• Collecting & clarifying various requirements related to D2C Business in the area of e-commerce, digital marketing & SAP sales & distribution.
• Drive the development and rollout of the new D2C commerce platform.
• Assess best ecommerce solution(s) with business objective for best practice processes.
• Oversee design/build and testing of D2C commerce platform/solution. Preparing functional specifications, giving the needed instructions to the development team, testing the product results and ensuring getting a quality delivery according to the business requirements.
• Provide training to Business Key Users and ensure successful UAT
• Provide functional expertise & guidance for e-commerce solutions to other team members.
• Working closely with business stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance. Supporting to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Acting as a digital champion within the commerce area.
• Interacting with vendors, creating RFPs, evaluation of different vendors and solutions.
• Following industry standard trends in ecommerce and latest technologies to ensure competitive edge for Electrolux.
• Being responsible for prototyping new solutions with new technologies.

It is important that candidate appreciate the challenge of being a cornerstone in the digital transformation of Electrolux. This requires an excellent communication skills as well as being used to working in a cross functional environment.

The role will be based in Stockholm


Experiences

• E-commerce expert with an understanding of the end to end D2C channel perspective and solution.
• 3 years+ experience in delivering advanced e-commerce platforms (e.g SAP Commerce, etc).
• Experiences in different CMS platforms (EPIserver, Adobe, etc).
• 5 years+ involvement in delivering IT projects in complex environments/setups.
• Systems integration concepts – WebService {REST, SOAP), Batch, EDI, sFTP.
• Good understanding of Mobile first approach, Google Analytics, SEO and Tagging.
• SAP implementation and/or support experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask with different projects/initiatives.
• Enthusiasm to pro-actively drive change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
• Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken.
