Creating successful companies together with our clients is at the heart and soul of VNTRS. We believe that too many great ideas fall short due to the wrong reasons – we exist to change that. Who we are

VNTRS is a sweat-equity startup accelerator working with the latest and greatest entrepreneurs around the world, meaning - we take equity in startups to build, launch and grow them into the next generation of scale-ups. We are currently 40 employees with a portfolio of 23 companies, both of which are growing at a rapid speed. At VNTRS we walk the talk, and believe in skin in the game, both for our incubated startups, and for our employees. That’s why all our employees also own a stake in the companies we invest in.

About the job
Working at VNTRS as a mobile developer you can expect a lot of diversity in your daily tasks (coding, advising clients, workshops with startups...). You will be working closely with startups from our portfolio as well as doing missions with external clients.

We will actively let you work on both these types of projects to broaden your skillset. You will be able to complete your assignments using React-Native or Flutter, while also being a core part of teams composed of UX/UI designers, product owners, data analysts, and more.

Depending on the assignment your opinion will have a big impact when it comes to the technical solution, but also the scoping of the product itself.


Must-have requirements

At least 2 years of development experience using React Native or Flutter
Great passion and interest in mobile development
Fluent in English
People person that can lead and inspire


Nice-to-have requirements

Experience in either Backend or Frontend development (e.g. JavaScript, Python)
An eye for design
Project management skills
Hands-on start-up experience
