We are looking for a Product Manager to join our amazing team in Stockholm. We're looking for a true "spider in the net"-person with a product mindset. Your mission is to optimize and continuously develop our way of working in the heart of our operations, our terminals. Here is where we build the foundation for a great customer experience and where quality is the absolute priority. You will be working in a complex process environment where the task is to bring simplicity in daily life at Budbee.

What You’ll Do:

Drive product development and maintain the product roadmap with a clear vision and supporting requirements.
Lead the team by continuously updating the backlog priority and collaborating closely with the team Tech Lead to balance technical debt and feature delivery.
Gather and express users and other stakeholder input as implementable and shippable items.
Communicate your backlog transparently towards the organization, stakeholders, and the team.
Create and formulize well-defined KPIs based on a good understanding of business logic and processes.
Be the key development team facilitator between engineering and operations that ensures effective and smooth collaboration.
