We work hard, we document rigorously, and we go home to our families on time.At Enhanza, you will collaborate closely with a network of skilled remote consultants across Europe. We operate with high trust and clear communication, using shared scrum boards and Slack to stay aligned. While we value flexibility, we also value presence—this role is key to bridging our physical office culture in Stockholm with our distributed engineering power.<h3>The Role</h3>We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who thinks like a Software Engineer. You are not here to maintain legacy ETL scripts; you are here to architect and build the data backbone of our product.We have strategically separated infrastructure from application logic. We have dedicated DevOps resources to manage the "plumbing" (Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD infrastructure), so you don't have to. Your focus is 100% on the code that moves and transforms data, not the containers it runs in.<h3>What You Will Build &amp; Own</h3><ul><li>Ingestion (The "E" &amp; "L"): You will write custom Python connectors using dlt (data load tool) and occasionally wrap Airbyte/Singer taps. You understand that data quality starts at the source.</li><li>Transformation (The "T"): You will manage our dbt projects. You aren't just writing SQL; you are building modular, tested, and documented data models that scale.</li><li>Orchestration: You will design robust flows in Prefect that handle failures gracefully and ensure data freshness.</li><li>Semantic Layer: You will model data in Cube, optimizing for pre-aggregations that ensure sub-second query performance for our end-users.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Senior &amp; Battle-Tested: You have long, proven hands-on experience building Modern Data Stacks. You have seen pipelines fail in production and know how to design them to be resilient.</li><li>Python Native: You are comfortable writing object-oriented Python. You treat your data pipelines as production software (Unit tests, CI/CD, DRY principles).</li><li>Architectural Clarity: You understand the nuance of multi-tenancy. You know why separating Customer Specific Logic from Core Platform Logic is critical in a SaaS architecture.</li><li>Structured Communicator: We work with remote teams. You document your work proactively.
