You will be a part of building and developing the next generation investment platform. Your role involves close collaboration with fellow Software Engineers, as well as with Data Scientists, Product Designers and Product Managers.Our Tech Team Lead will manage and support your work, while reporting directly to our VP of Engineering. A glimpse into our tech stack: Terraform, Kotlin , Python, SQL, Snowflake, DBT, and we host on AWS.<h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li>Provide direction and strategic insight on data related topics.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement efficient data pipelines, seamless integrations, and reliable storage solutions to meet both operational demands and advanced analytics requirements.</li><li>Design and deploy models with a focus on production readiness, ensuring smooth integration into our services.</li><li>Build and maintain key platform features, APIs, and services, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and top-tier performance.</li><li>Further Develop of Data Layer solution on snowflake</li></ul>Additionally, you will:<ul><li>Drive ideas and develop concepts from a tech perspective.</li><li>Contribute to improving the architecture, tech stack, and operational methods.</li><li>Develop integrations with third-party APIs and tools.</li><li>Follow and promote good engineering practices to deliver high-quality products.</li><li>Engage in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning through constructive feedback.</li><li>Be a positive force for our team culture</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>What we're looking for:</h3>We’re seeking a motivated engineer with a broad skill set and passion for Data/ML, backend systems, and analytics.
