<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert consulting services to our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. When not on assignment, the consultant will contribute to internal product development, participate in Stakater’s open-source projects, and support our Kubernetes managed services.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h3>Primary</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Consulting Assignments</strong>: Provide expert consulting services for C# development, platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud engineering projects.</p></li><li><p>You have a willingness to learn and become an expert in Kubernetes</p></li></ul><h3>Secondary</h3><p>When not on consulting assignments you will be engaged in:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Internal Product Development</strong>: Contribute to the development of Stakater's internal products, ensuring high-quality code and innovative solutions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Open Source Contributions</strong>: Engage in open-source projects, enhancing and maintaining Stakater’s open-source tools and frameworks <a target="_blank" href="https://github.com/stakater"><u>https://github.com/stakater</u></a>. </p></li><li><p><strong>Kubernetes Managed Services</strong>: Support and improve Stakater’s managed Kubernetes services, ensuring reliability and scalability.</p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Must Have (Required)</h3><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in C# web application development (considering candidates with less than 7 years if skills and experience are strong)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with RESTful APIs and Azure.</p></li><li><p>Experience in consulting and client-facing roles.</p></li><li><p>Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English (both spoken and written).</p></li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields</p></li><li><p>Experience with microservices architecture.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience with middleware technologies like Kafka.</p></li><li><p>Experience with automation technologies like Terraform, Ansible or Crossplane.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CI/CD and GitOps.</p></li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2><p></p><ul><li><p>Salary level: up to 72.000 SEK gross per month (flexibility in offering higher compensation based on experience and skillset).</p></li><li><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li><p>Work Toys: Macbook, iPhone, Headphones (Sony/Bose), Smartwatch (if required)</p></li><li><p>Learning: Books and online courses, Conferences</p></li><li><p>Health and training grant</p></li><li><p>Insurance: Pension, Health Insurance, Occupational Group Life Insurance, Sickness Insurance, Accidental Insurance.</p></li></ul></li></ul>
