The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our early leadership team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and the company’s trajectory.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap - aligned with company goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Build, scale, and lead a product team that thrives on collaboration and fast iteration.</li><li>Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver AI-powered solutions with measurable customer impact.</li><li>Drive product discovery, user research, and validation to ensure we solve the right problems in the right way.</li><li>Champion data-informed decision-making while balancing speed, intuition, and innovation.</li><li>Partner with tech and business leadership to represent the product perspective today - and help define how the product function evolves as we grow.</li><li>Establish processes for product prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.Must-Have Skills</li><li>Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in a high-growth tech company or startup, with experience in frameworks such as JTBD.</li><li>Experience shaping product processes in fast-moving environments - using short feedback loops and iterative learning to drive both speed and quality.</li><li>Experience building and managing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.</li><li>Strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to AI, data-driven platforms, or workflow automation.</li><li>Ability to connect vision to execution – turning bold product bets into iterative milestones.</li><li>Experience working closely with technical founders and early-stage teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Growth mindset, resilience, and grit – thriving in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.Nice-to-Have Skills</li><li>Experience working with AI/ML products or platforms. Familiarity with metrics-driven product development and experimentation frameworks.</li><li>Experience scaling a product organization internationally.</li><li>Previous founder or early leadership experience in a startup environment.</li></ul>
