Working parents, especially moms, is the group with the highest risk for stress and burnout in the workforce. This leads to parents quitting their jobs, going on sick leave and feeling inadequate in their roles as parents. In addition to families suffering, loss of talented employees costs employers billions of dollar annually.
We provide a complete AI-powered platform for employers to offer for their employees. We're just getting started and already have customers like Accenture. The core feature is the Plussa-app with 24/7 parent coaching through expert AI-bots and psychologists combined with an extensive library of personalised engaging programs, exercises and articles.
